Disappearance
It is rather disturbing to note that last Friday's post -- my personal Mosaic Meme -- has gone missing. I published, but it has disappeared into the mist.
Joe and I disappeared into the breeze this weekend. Friday night, he impulsively booked a room at a bed & breakfast in Rhode Island in order to escape the oppressive heat. Well done! The temperature at the beach was 71. However, Monday's weather had me convinced that I had been magically transported to Singapore.
The Plantar Faciitis has largely subsided, however, there is still lingering pain and strain in the arch of my left foot. Returning to Yoga, I have learned that I have an "awesome down dog" and that my right wrist is very weak.
As for knitting, I cancelled my subscriptions to Vogue Knitting and Interweave Knits magazines, and I have not attended my knitting group since...March?...but I still visit Ravelry. It is a glimmer of hope that my knitting light has not gone out.
